COMPAMED 2027 will be held in November 2027 in Düsseldorf, alongside MEDICA and on the same fairground; the exact dates have not yet been published. The exhibition occupies halls 8a and 8b and gathered 743 exhibitors from 40 countries in 2025. It is aimed at suppliers of components, micro-machining, tubing, technical polymers, clean rooms, and OEM services for medical device manufacturing. A single badge grants access to both events.

Here, the visitor is an engineer or a technical buyer. They come looking for a tolerance, a material, or a sterilization process. Stands are often compact, from 12 to 40 m², where every centimeter counts. Lit sample showcases, a work table rather than a counter, technical documentation within reach: the stand must facilitate a conversation between seated engineers, not a standing speech.

At EXPACE, these smaller formats receive the same high standards as large areas: 3D design validated before manufacturing, workshop carpentry, and lighting calibrated to the exhibited parts.
