CMEF — China International Medical Equipment Fair

The dates for the spring 2027 CMEF have not yet been published by the organizer. The rhythm, however, is established: two editions per year, one in the spring in Shanghai, the other in the autumn. The 93rd edition was held from April 9 to 12, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai; the 94th is announced for October 21 to 24, 2026, in Beijing, with over 5,000 exhibitors, 270,000 m², and 150 countries represented. April remains the period to book.

CMEF is the world's largest medical device trade show by volume. The Chinese scale is a game changer: crowded aisles, very demonstrative neighbors, and fast-deciding visitors. An effective booth there relies on height, a logo readable from thirty meters away, demonstration stations at the front, and a closed back office to receive distributors and importers.
