CFIA Rennes 2027 opens its doors from March 9th to 11th at the Parc Expo de Rennes Saint-Jacques. Covering 50,000 m², the food industry suppliers' trade fair gathers more than 2,000 suppliers; the 2026 edition registered 23,959 visitors.

Three sectors structure the offer: ingredients and intermediate food products, equipment and processes, packaging and conditioning. Facing them are production, quality, industrial maintenance, and R&D managers who have come to compare solutions in food hygiene and safety, traceability, automation, and food robotics. Many build their visit itinerary around the CFIA Innovation Trophies: it is best to be seen and understood quickly.
