The Annual Days of AVEF 2027 do not have published dates yet: they will be announced by the Association Vétérinaire Équine Française. The event takes place in early November and changes cities every year — Lyon in 2025, then Metz from November 4 to 6, 2026, at the Robert Schuman center for the 54th edition. The Lyon edition gathered more than 640 participants, 54 partners, and 30 speakers. The number of exhibitor spaces is limited: booking early avoids unpleasant surprises.

The equine sector is a small and loyal community. Imaging, consumables, nutrition, and services are presented here. The booth must allow for standing demonstrations, long technical discussions with a practitioner, and a clear display of field references.

This congress format is our daily business. EXPACE designed the Boehringer Ingelheim booth at SNGTV with its demonstration areas, the Mindray booth at SFAR with its technical islands, and Cousin Surgery at the EHS in Porto. On these surfaces, we favor demountable structures that can be reused from one year to the next.
