AEEDC Dubai will be held from January 19 to 21, 2027, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Organised since 1996 by INDEX Conferences & Exhibitions, this scientific conference and its exhibition form the largest annual dental meeting in the world. The 2026 edition brought together more than 80,000 professionals from 192 countries. In 2027, the event is part of a Dubai Dental Week scheduled from January 16 to 22.
Visitors come mainly from the Gulf, Africa, and South Asia: practitioners, clinic chains, and importers. The challenge is commercial before being scientific. This requires a stand open to the aisles, an immediately identifiable reception desk, illuminated product showcases, and at least one negotiation area hidden from view.
Our teams have been working in the Emirates for several editions: the La Barrière Automatique stand at Intersec Dubai and the Hornet stand at IDEX Abu Dhabi, with its discreet meeting rooms and its model podium. On the dental side, the Carestream Dental stand at the ADF illustrates our mastery of imaging demonstration stations. DWTC technical file, air or sea freight, local assembly: everything is planned in advance.
